YOU BELONG HERE!
Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time, or looking for a church to call home, we’re glad you’ve found us. At United With Christ, we believe that church isn’t just a place to attend-it’s a family to belong to. No matter your background or story, there’s a place for you here. We’d love to help you take the net step, meet new friends, and discover the hope and purpose found in Jesus. We look forward to meeting you!
We want to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Here's what you can expect when you come to our 10a.m. service.
Our church is located at 1503 Wilmington Rd, New Castle. We are between the Music Showcase and the Golden Wok Chinese Restaurant. Parking is available in both front lots. If you have mobility restrictions or young children to carry, feel free to use one of the spots in the left parking lot (in front of Diane’s Boutigue) closest to the door. We like to keep them free for guests and people who need assistance. It is also handicap accessible.
Please don't worry about what you'll wear to church, for we truly believe people should come as they are. You don't need to dress up to get God’s approval--that comes through Jesus' sacrifice. Once you walk in the doors, you'll see that the congregation has all types of people in all kinds of dress.
When you walk in, find one of our greeters and introduce yourself. They're usually stationed at the doors and they'll show you where everything is. They'll help you find the nursery and Sunday school rooms if you have kids. Our children usually remain in the service for our worship and then are dismissed to their respective classrooms. Our greeters can also point you to the restrooms, sanctuary and fellowship area. If you have any questions about the service itself, the greeters are able to provide helpful answers.
If you’re interested, we provide coffee and light refreshments before the service beginning at 9:30am until 10am. You'll have a chance to meet our pastor and many other people in the church. We'd also love to get to know you so you're a familiar face the next time you come.
